"In 2014, a local track coach recommended Jordan as speed trainer for our then wobbly-armed 5th grade son. As a former college sprinter myself, her brilliance was immediately obvious -- not only is Jordan a gifted track athlete herself, but she was very thorough in her technical analysis and training regiments. In fact, over the course of his first summer training with her, our son went from being unremarkable to being recognized as both the fastest player in his age group for TUSA and as the top sprinter for his middle school. An enormous reason for this is Jordan's ability to bring out the best in an athlete. I recommend her whenever possible and have heard similar stories from other parents. Lastly, it is important to note that Jordan's bar is VERY high; her athletes are expected to come ready to work and be pushed."
"Coach Jordan Lee, an irrepressible and enthusiastic spirit has guided me over the past 3 months to make me a better runner and sprinter.
My aim is to improve my 400m and 200m sprint times. Even by the first 6 wks, I had improved my times remarkably with her effective coaching. My 200m sprint came down by 1.5 secs in the first 6 wks, a remarkable achievement as far as I am concerned, and I am eagerly awaiting to improve it further. This makes me look forward to her coaching workouts as well as my own in-between workouts as I am eager to see the gradual improvements.
She has the necessary experience for coaching as she herself excelled in track in high school and college. She gave very useful feed back on my running form and how to make it more efficient. She reviewed how to improve the turnover rate by focusing on where in the stride my feet were landing and to use the power of the higher knee lift to get a more powerful, quicker stride. She does her coaching in a very friendly, non-judgemental, and uplifting spirit that is making me a better, more refined, and faster runner.
She expertly uses sprint training equipment such as short hurdles for stride speed, agility ladders for quickness, and on some windy days, we even did parachute sprints that were fun and challenging. This week, we used Bungee sprint training that worked out and tested the power of the forward force muscle groups.
She is fabulous to workout with because of her fun spirit and gentle but very effective feedback. That's what I call a great speed coach! She will take you to places, but a flash or two faster."
"18 months ago, we started looking for a speed coach for our then 14-year-old son that played football. After asking around we were lucky enough to find Jordan as she was ramping up her training business. Granted, she had a lot of experience both as an athlete and as a coach before. Jordan tailors Jackson’s training to work on quickness, agility and overall speed. Last spring his twin brother started running the 200m and 400m events on his high school track team. Our sons have totally different mechanics and it is amazing to watch her modify her training to each event and each individual athlete. Her one on one approach provides very specific adjustments to form and training regimen that one does not get in the group environment of high school sports. We are very fortunate to train with her."
